Sexy London Pigeon is a personal dance work by Louisa Tan developed through Trinity Laban’s ChoreoLab. Directed by Luke Birch and presented in June 2024, it’s a love letter to the awkward, joyful bodies that move through city life. Part pigeon, part woman, part memory of the dancefloor, the piece explores transformation, place and collective tenderness.
Inspired by the moment just outside the club — bass pulsing through the walls, makeup smudged, heart open — it weaves surreal humour with the quiet grace of the everyday.
Performed by Louisa alongside a cast of brilliant collaborators, it’s a celebration of softness, strangeness and flocking together.
