The workshop was well structured and Louisa guided the audience through different steps, starting with quick tasks to break to ice to more structured ones. Louisa was very inspiring, providing the audience with valuable techniques while encouraging them to reflect on themselves and express vulnerability in a creative and cathartic manner. We found the workshop stimulating and we received lots of positive feedback from our community. They described the workshop both fun, mindful and uplifting, with everyone leaving with their own unique artwork.”

A workshop turning bad days, stuck thoughts and self-doubt into something bold, visual and joyful. Through a series of intuitive collage prompts — from scribbling and tearing to making ingratitude lists — we explored how creativity can help us release what we don’t need, and reconnect with who we are.
From quiet reflection to loud catharsis, the workshop reminded us that even the worst thoughts can become part of something beautiful — and that you don’t need to feel perfect to make something powerful.
