NOW Gallery has invited artists and designers Common Exception and Coco Lom to present a series of finding awe workshops exploring connection. The second in the series is Music + Awe for the London Design Festival.
In Music + Awe, we’ll be drawing and collaging in response to a live DJ set from Guava Jamz resident DJ Marley. Experience the soothing quality of music in a series of exercises led by Common Exception and Coco Lom, learning how music influences their creative practices as designers and neurodiverse women. Listen to a variety of music styles and explore how different rhythms inspire unique marks and lines, creating your own collage artwork.
All materials are provided. The paper offcuts used in this workshop will be supplied by G . F Smith.
