Fedrigoni 365 Launch

A talk on creative process, imperfection and making with feeling — for the launch of Fedrigoni’s 365 calendar.

Louisa Tan, founder of Common Exception, was invited to speak at the launch of Fedrigoni 365 — a limited-edition calendar celebrating experimental design and print. In her talk, Louisa shared insights from her collage-based practice, exploring the beauty of imperfection, the role of instinct, and how letting go of perfection can open up space for connection and joy.

Speaking to a room full of designers and print lovers, the talk was a reminder that creativity doesn’t always need to be polished — it can be torn, messy, and beautifully real.

Louisa and Coco Lom immersed us in music while we drew with our eyes closed.
